Meet Eileen
I strive to be genuine, welcoming and warm. In session, you will see the real me. I bring humor, genuine support, connection and relatable experience.
I work to create a space where you can share your thoughts without judgement. I want you to feel that we are in a trusting, collaborative and respectful relationship.
Together, we will find out who you are, what thought patterns and beliefs are not working for you anymore and find ways to make positive changes.
We will also simply... talk, so you can learn more about yourself and unburden yourself in a safe space.
I specialize in working with people who have anxiety, might be struggling in relationships, want to work through negative childhood experiences, going through the transition of a new job, job loss, relationship change, a new baby, a move, a transition to young adulthood. I also have a passion for working with children and their parents.
I became a therapist because I love to see others find hope, make connections & learn about themselves. I truly enjoy listening to others and providing the empathy we all deserve.
It is important to me to be able to provide accessible and quality therapy to everyone who wants it, and I will work closely with you to find a way to work together, despite any barriers.
*If you are a parent, without childcare, my office is equipped with toys and your child is welcome to come along, if needed*
