Eileen
Eileen is the founder and owner of Renew Therapy and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
Eileen believes therapy should feel like a genuine human connection, not a clinical or one-sided experience. Her approach is warm, approachable, and collaborative, creating a space where clients can show up exactly as they are. She brings her authentic self into the therapy room, values humor as part of the healing process, and believes meaningful change happens through trust, honesty, and real connection.
Her style is modern, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Rather than telling clients what they should do, Eileen works alongside them to better understand their experiences, build on their strengths, and create lasting change.
Eileen is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps people process difficult experiences, heal from trauma, reduce emotional distress, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. She also helps clients explore how past experiences and relationships may be influencing their current challenges, creating opportunities for deeper healing and growth.
Eileen welcomes adults of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences and is committed to providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.
